We are living in times when there are a lot of show-offs all over. Social media has made life very complicated these days. It is easy to imagine that you are the only one not doing as well financially among friends, colleagues and family. Social media is a wash with all sorts of flashy and colourful lives at every single turn.
The question now is how do you maintain your cool in the face of this flashy world? How do you keep going towards your financial goals without derailment by others?

- Real money is quiet and smooth – in the few years I have lived here under the heavens and been in this space of money and wealth; one thing I have learned for a fact is that those who have real money, live and move in our midst without any iota of trace -they never show-off;
- If you see somebody showing off their money, just know they do not have it or are seeking recognition from money – those who know the ways of money and wealth never let money define who they are. They are themselves first, then the money follows;
- Showing off your money or flashy life means a lack of knowledge on the ways of money – making money and keeping money are two very different things. Anyone can make money, but very few people throughout history manage to keep the money. If this were not true, all of us would be dollar billionaires;
- Money loves only a faithful owner – for a certain reason, money tends to stick with only those who remain calm and collected when it comes their way. Honestly acquired money comes with a price, and if you have paid the full price of your money, you will not want to waste it to show off to others;
- Those who have real money know their own – one of the biggest factors in your ability to make money is to find good networks and friends who matter or have their own money by right. Unfortunately, people who have real money cannot have a company with show-offs. That means if you become a show-off or snob you repel away those good networks or friends who can hold your hands and connect you with other great opportunities.
