Many of us underestimate the power of our thoughts, yet even the Holy Scriptures warn us of this potent power. I have consistently explained the need for the right attitude towards money and wealth.
Psychology clearly documents that the things that are deeply held in our minds eventually get transmuted into their physical form. Effectively, negative or positive thoughts about money get transmuted into their physical form.
One of the undeniable facts about money is that it does not know how to discriminate from one person to the other. The factors that make it stay with one person and not the other are internal to the individual.
Here are important facts to always remember if you desire money & wealth:
- Money loves a faithful owner – it is a known fact that money dislikes an unfaithful owner. If you are faithful with the little in your corner, more shall be added unto you, that’s the scripture too. Faithfulness is an attribute inside a person;
- Easy come, easy go – it is a known fact that what you get by cheating others will also eventually leave you. You can never find peace and the beauty of money and wealth if you are in the habit of defrauding others. That is not how the creator desires his creation (Jeremiah 17:11);
- What is rightfully acquired is a blessing and brings joy to the owner – one thing no one can do is lie to oneself. Anyone can fool others and the world, but no one can ever fool themselves. The evil you do unto others will forever hound your inwardly;
- Contentment is the secret of inner peace – people who defraud others or are perpetually looking for shortcuts do so because of greed. No one in the history of the world has ever satisfied the greed for money. Give thanks for what you have, trust the process for more and remain focused and resilient; and
- As you think, so shall you be – if you keep a positive mindset towards money and wealth, more shall come your way. Even those who give, more shall be added unto them.
The sum total of this is that they are internal and within the control of the mind of each one of us.
